RULES
n order to take part at the Pedaleda it is necessary to have the Udace or F.C.I card or a card of a Sports Federation recognised by the U.C.I or have a medical certificate of a center of sports medicine.

ROUTE
- Maximum time for the race: h 6,30 within 15.30
- Time limit for the gates:
Marangona kms 11,80 h 10.45 - Ponte Vallaccia kms 17,30 h 11.45 - Pont dali Pont kms 46 h 14.15 - finishing line kms 60 h 15.30
- The race will take place regardless of the weather conditions. The organisers reserves the right to change the route at any time

PARTECIPATION
- The use of a Racing helmet is obligatory. Any racer found not wearing a helmet at any time will be stopped from taking part or disqualified. The frame number holder must be attached at the front of the bike and be visible, any racer without this number holder will be automatically disqualified.
- Any athlete who goes over the time allowed for the race will be disqualified. The athlete can carry on but will be without number and does so at his/her own risk

COMPLAINTS
- Any complaints must be received within 30 minutes of the arrival of the athlete, in written form and leaving a deposit of € 50,00 with the race organisers. If the complaint is recognised the deposit will be handed back.

RESPONSABILITY AND INSURANCE
- The organisers are not held responsible for any accidents to entrants or to other parties or any personal object or bikes stolen, before, during and after the event.
The organisers reserve the right to change these rules at any time.
For all other rules not mentioned here the norms of the “ FCI e UCI rules" are valid.

Credit card at the internet site (www.lapedaleda.it).
Up to 80% of the entry fee is refundable, only on presentation of a medical certificate which must be sent before the 18th June 2008.
AFTER PAYING THE ENTRY FEE send via fax (+39 0342 052259) the completed entry form having filled in all the obligatory fields (name, surname, address, birthdate, Tel., Fax., e-mail and licence nbr and releasing body, for licence holders), a copy of the payment and if possible a Photocopy of the Federation licence.
Only legible entries will be accepted, fully completed and accompanied by the proof of payment
Telephone entries are not accepted
The rules and programme of the event are automatically accepted by the athlete when entering in the race.
THE ENTRY FEE INCLUDES:
The course will be signposted; race number holder; professional timing by Datasport; Mechanical help in the start area; medical assistance; free parking; 6 food stops along the course; pasta party; online results; bike washing at the finish area; race pack; free entry into the various events; male and female showers, shuttle service for bikers (broom service)

LICENCE CONTROL, RACE NUMBER DISTRIBUTION AND RACE PACK
Race pack and technical envelope distribution at the Plaza Placheda, in via Saroch 1098.
Saturday 28th June from 2pm to 8pm
Sunday 29th June from 7am to 8am
Numbers will be handed out only by presentation of a card of the federation, of a copy of the certificate and at the confirmation of payment.
